When you delete your pop-up shop account your profile, likes, photos, and activity are permanently deleted. Once your account is deleted, it can not be undone.

Delete your account on iPhone:

You can permanently your account from our iphone app. To delete your account, complete the following steps:

- Select the profile tab
- Select the "Settings" button
- Scroll to the bottom and select "Delete My Account" (the text will appear in red)

After completing these steps, your account will be permanently deleted from our system along with any data that is connected to you.

For other platforms, to delete your account please send an email to support@popupshopapp.com. Please include the username and email that is connected to your account. We will send you an email to confirm your identity. Once we receive confirmation, please allow us 24-48 hours to permanently delete your account. Upon completion you will receive an email from us notifying you that it's done.
